Create your account
Register with a display name and an email address. You choose the name other members see, so your real identity stays private. Browsing the platform is free.
Activate your profile
A small one-off activation fee is charged at sign-up to authenticate your mode of payment and confirm the account is yours. The fee is refunded to your balance once activation succeeds.
Start a conversation
Once activated you can open conversations with members who are online. Talk about everyday things — work, weather, family, football — just as you would in any messaging app.
Track your balance
Your balance reflects eligible activity on the platform. You can see it at any time in your account and decide when you want to request a withdrawal.
Withdraw your balance
Request a payout to the method available for your country. M-Pesa, MoMo, bank transfer and PayPal are the supported routes, and processing times vary.
Stay in control
There are no shifts and no quotas. You choose when to be available, you can block anyone who is rude, and you can close your account and request deletion at any time.
